LES GOURMANDS IS A FAMILY AFFAIR.

The family traveled to San Francisco bringing and sharing the heritage of French baking. They have chosen to propose reality-live artisan experience of life by only recruiting zero experience bakers. Building the community is key. This dedication to a passion, to an artisan art lead to happiness, to a natural nobleness, and to embody a new definition of luxury.

BEYOND THE SAVOIR-FAIRE, Les Gourmands wants to incorporate this Art of Living, that je ne sais quoi.

THE BRAND IDENTITY AND THE SHOPS ARE DESIGNED BY NAIRONE.

He is a French artist born in north of France in the early 90’s. The pop art was very inspiring for Nairone especially Roy Lichtenstein’s work which connects with the popular imagery of the time. Today, Nairone collaborates with Les Gourmands as they both have the same values : the pleasure of Great FOOD, sharing EDUCATION, and of course the love of ART.

The ingredients are locally supplied, organic and each piece is shaped by hand respecting the artisan style. All of the products you will find at Les Gourmands are based on family recipes; you could enjoy a range of 10ish types of croissants.; the good old plain, the pain chocolate (or chocolate croissant ), hazelnuts croissant, pistachio, California almond croissant, and many more.

HIS UNIVERSE EVOLVES AROUND BLACK AND WHITE CONTRASTS WHICH IS THE KEY TO HIS CREATIVITY . FASCINATED BY THE POP ART MOVEMENT AND OUR CONTEMPORARY POP CULTURE, NAIRONE USE ELEMENTS FROM EVERYDAY LIFE, HIS WORK IS INSPIRED BY PERSONAL EXPERIENCES FROM HIS CHILDHOOD AND THE LINKS WITH THE MILIEU IN WHICH HE LIVES MIXED WITH HIS CONTRASTED VISION. “I DESIGNED THIS SPACE AS IF IT WAS MINE”
